Tree Giveaway FAQ
This is what will happen if you win a FREE Tree Giveaway:
Winners get announced shortly after 10 PM Eastern Standard Time on the day of the Tree Giveaway. If you are the winner, you will be announced on the Tree Giveaway post as the winner and you will receive a private message from me stating that you are the winner. There are a few things that need to be done before I can send a tree to the winner:
1. We must be/become friends
2. We must be/become neighbors
3. You must tell me which tree you would like (one tree up to 7 Farm Cash from the market)
If we are not yet friends and you are the winner, I will send you a friend request at the same time that I send you a private message. You must accept the friend request.
To become neighbors, you must send me a neighbor request and I will send you one, too. Due to the large amount of members in this group, I have over 3000 friends and loading time to add neighbors takes a very long time. I also have many requests coming in at all times of the day and neighbor requests may scroll off the board before I have a chance to know they are there. The step of becoming a neighbor can take several days depending upon the situation and the people that have won a contest before you that need to receive a tree.
The last part is simple. After we become neighbors and you have told me what tree you would like to receive, I will send it to you from the market. Please keep in mind that you may need to choose a tree other than your first choice if it is close to going out of the market and has left before I could send you the tree. The tree that you choose must be in the market and cost 7 farm cash or less.

When and where the tree giveaways are held…
Tree giveaways are held 3 to 4 times per week in Makers’s Successful International FarmVille Players Group in Facebook.
How you can enter…
To enter the Free Tree Giveaway, you’ll need to be a member of the group. You can click the link above to go to the group. If you are not yet a member, click “join” and an admin will add you as a member. You do not need to be my friend or neighbor to enter. If you win, I will add you as a friend and neighbor. If you are the winner, we must be neighbors before I can send you anything from the market. On the day of a tree giveaway there will be a post in the group with a date that says “Free Tree Giveaway – Winner’s Choice of Tree – Month/day/2011.” ‘Like’ and Comment on the post. You will have a chance of winning the tree when you do both.
Why I hold FREE Tree Giveaways…
I hold FREE Tree Giveaways in the group because I want to give gifts to others. The trees given away are paid for from my own supply of farm cash that I purchase myself with real currency/money. Tree Giveaways are free to you but they cost me real money.
If you are the winner and already have 300 friends…
If you have over 300 neighbors and are the winner of the contest, you will not be able to accept a tree until we can become neighbors. This means that you must delete at least one neighbor so you can add me or another administrator that will send you the tree. It is your responsibility to do this. It is best if you have fewer than 300 neighbors prior to entering the tree giveaway in case you are the winner. Bypassing the step of removing a neighbor to add me will save a lot of time and you will be able to receive your tree faster. If you do not add me as a neighbor because you still have 300 neighbors after 2 weeks from the date that you won the giveaway, you will forfeit the tree because you will be preventing me from sending trees to other winners.
Are these giveaways legitimate?
These FREE Tree Giveaways are very legitimate. Many, many members of this group have won free trees from the market by entering these giveaways. They are free to everyone that enters and they are backed by my personal stash of farm cash.
This is the kindest gesture of a true FV neighbor I have run across in my yr & a half of playing FV. I only wish I could see a real pic of what u truly look like ( a pic is worth a thousand words…as they say). I’m really glad I joined this group, but not because of this free tree, but because I have now met some truly nice people who love to play FV as much as I do & it’s such a pleasure to give/receive honest and educated help from the members of this group.
